Allied Leasing Group, Inc., a Florida Corporation with their headquarters in Miami, Florida merged with Allied Leasing Corp., a Louisiana Corporation. The merger was complete on 31 Dec, 2001. The merger gives the expertise in micro-ticket leasing of Allied Leasing Corp. and the financial strength of Allied Leasing Group, Inc. Allied Leasing Corp. was founded in 1998 by Mr. Bobby Joseph after he severed his ties with American P.O.S Leasing Corporation which he started in 1995. We strive to serve the bankcard industry and build a company known for the best service and the lowest competitive rate.
